People with diabetes can use it too because it’s sweetened with Stevia, which doesn’t raise your blood sugar. Another good choice to put in here would’ve been monk fruit. That is also a 0-cal sweetener—otherwise, an excellent choice.

This time, I'm totally disappointed with the Vanilla. It has a very heavy sugar taste and an artificial, fake flavor. I will finish this Vanilla box but won't buy it again unless they go back to the previous formula.
