Both backpack sprayers are equipped with the internal, No Leak Pump which prevents liquids from leaking down your back. The internal pressure chamber can reach up to 150 PSI allowing a straight stream to reach 30 feet (dependent on the chemical being sprayed). Also they both have Viton seals for resistance to harsh chemicals and dual filtration to prevent clogging. No agitation. It’s a manual backpack.

does this version also come with the 25psi regulator?

It has a pressure regulator, but I think of it more as a no drip regulator that prevents the the spray that remains in the wand from dripping if the pressure gets below 25 psi. It also ensures a clean spray pattern as most nozzles don't do a good job of dispersing the spray below that pressure.
