One of my goto vits for AMD. The 40 mg is just right and like the trials. Not only does it nourish the retina, it helps with dry eye. My eyes have not been dry since I started this. I gave a bottle to my sister to try, she suffered so much with dry eye. Within a week, hers was gone. Good product, easy to swallow small softgel.

My MD recommended I take Lutein every day as instructed. Highly recommended! No stomach upset. Easy to swallow gel capsules, size is just right, good ingredients, pretty color and nice smell.

I've been taking these for a while. Not sure if it's a placebo effect but I've been taking these for a while and I feel like my eye health has improved. This doesn't improve vision at all but I do feel like my vision is more clear and my eyes feel healthy. I have no scientific results to back this up but so far I haven't had any issues with this supplement.

👀 This has helped in a matter of days Ingredients are okay and the strength seems to be patented. Easy to swallow and the texture is okay. Smells like a pill, if that makes sense 😅
