Best knife ever purchased even after 1 year still great

Well designed, very thin blade stock, so it's perfect in a paring knife. Holds a decent edge and very easy to touch up with ceramic rod, worth the price.

Awsome quality

Sharp and furious. Yes that's what this knife is. Keep away from little children and definitely not something to mess with if you are not focussed with your cuttings or are watching TV and doing it. This knife is like a sharp razor, needs full attention and no mistakes are allowed. So I would say its not an easy to use knife in a way. Its thin and feels somewhat flimsy but it's sharp because of the thinness. Its a small knife, good for handling, handle is slightly slippery but you will get used to it. Bought for the name Victorinox and its stood to the worth of its name.

The knife is quite light in weight, yet sturdy. It is VERY sharp and you need to be careful using this (especially for paring) as you may cut yourself. Based on the brand name & other reviews, I expect the edge to hold. If not - will update this review.

It’s a nice knife. However it’s nor robust and strong. Sharp and light. Does it’s job well. Value for your buck!

Great for fine chopping and peeling/paring. Just wish it was a bit thicker though for better handling.

El cuchillo no se coló salió pues era un regalo

Le uso per tagliate i Pomodorini a pezzetti nella mia cucina, sono le uniche lame che resistono all'usura, per casa ne ho un paio da almeno 8 anni e sono ancora perfette. Provato molti altri, anche al doppio del prezzo, non ci sta paragone.

All the quality you'd expect from Victorinox. Easy to sharpen holds an edge well the handle is easy to grip when wet can't ask for a better small blade in the kitchen.

Un petit couteau d'office très pratique ! Il est léger, maniable et très aiguisé ! Il coupe sans aucune difficultés légumes, viandes et autres aliments. Son tranchant est infaillible ! Et en plus il est très beau et bien fini, on ressent la qualité ! Je recommande vivement !
