Really heavy duty. The metal is heavy enough that it should last for a long time. They call this an induction pot but it works with any stove. We use this on an industrial grade gas stove and we love it. It looks great and works even better than it looks.

I love the Sunhouse collection of pots and pans. What is so great about them is the clad and they are beautiful as they are sturdy. They will last a life time if they are kept well.
