Like the gun and it’s build quality but the mushroom plugs don't now it’s air proof or not

Works great, They have a nice demo video on youtube (search using grand pitstop). I repaired two punctures in my own parking lot conveniently following the youtube video instructions. Obviously it is expensive when typical puncture repair costs Rs 100 but this mushroom plug is a safer way to repair and this gun and the technique makes it simple and idiot proof. I just prefer to avoid garages if I can help it. Almost all garages use a strip to plug the puncture which can come off if not done properly. It happened to me once, my tire lost all pressure suddenly when the strip popped off while driving. Luckily I was driving within city limits at slow speeds so nothing bad happened. Mushroom plug will never come off like that. They should have included a good plier to pluck the nails out.

Nit working for byke tyre's waste of money

This is my edited review after using the product for more than two months. Purchased pitstop Gun type puncture repair kit. Used it for the first time. To my surprise it was effortless and i fixed my tyre in less than 3 minutes. I had recommended buying this product. But now i do not recommend this product as the plug does not last for more than 20 days. Now i have to plug it every 20 days using a new mushroom plug. Was not expecting this. So buy accordingly.

This is a very well made tool. The green gun type tool is made of a casting and not sheet steel. That doesn't show in the pics. Initially I thought it was expensive however once I learnt to use it correctly can do punctures in less than 7 mins. One plug I tested for 1000km and it holds air like a new tire. The thread strip type would slowly leak air over a month. I needed a reliable and quick repair solution and this is perfect. The support by the seller is excellent. Any questions just shoot a mail. Minor negative would be the print instructions were not clear to me. The YouTube video is better. I found that removing the front end of the gun and then inserting the plug from behind worked better for me. Than pushing the plug into the gun from the front. Overall would highly recommend and buy again if needed.

Must have in every vehicle with tubeless tyres. Does a clean and quick job. My handgun seem to have some issue and the plug did not go all the way thru in first attempt. Just a call to grand pit stop and they replaced it. Must have been a one-off case because the equipment is built well. The product is very sturdy and this is my second product from GrandPitstop. I have one each for my two cars. First one I had bought from US, the mini puncture kit. It has saved me lot of trouble on the road. Once someone had punched a hole on the sidewall of my tyre and this rubber plug is holding on well for more than two years now.
