This shaper does a great job compressing the heck out of my stomach. It's much tighter than what is available in department stores, and this does an excellent job of stopping that "guts falling out" feeling you get when your abs have been operated on.Yes it is small. I'm 5'5 and 125lbs and a small fits like a compression garment. I ordered according to my measurements and not body weight, and got exactly what I was looking for. If you want to use it to look bangin' in a dress, then you should probably size up one size.

I bought this shaper cuz I had my second baby n I wanted to loose waight.I read the reviews before buying it n I read good reviews.when I got it I was excited but when I tried it on it wasn't that tight on my stomach plus it has straps n u can make them larger orsmaller n the llittle hoocks it has r really tight n my skin gets really red.I don't recomend it.

I ordered this garment a few days ago and arrived today. When you see it at first you think it is small, but it fits perfectly. It is supposed to be very tight so it gives you a nice figure under your clothing. I didn't have any problems because I'm used to this type of shapewear. The trick is to pull it up while you extend your legs side to side, once on your hips the rest is easier.I'm 5'1 and 115 pounds and the small size fit just right!
