Very good and waterproof wound dressing, whether you use it for a cut or graze, or simply to protect a wound or cut or small wash while in the shower. It's very easy to apply, just peel off the backing, and apply to the area, almost like clingfilm. Once you've patted it down into the position, you'll be able to peel off the reamining white edges. It's particularly useful if you want to cover or protect a wound or sore piece of skin without the typical 'plaster' look, as its far less obvious. I'd definitely recommend. I imagine this would be great for small new tattoo's too.

I use this type of dressing to keep a patch on my skin for 3 days. I normally have to buy expensive teraderm ones as they are the only ones whose adhesive lasts and doesnt cause a rash in me. I thought I would try these as an alternative and I am glad I did. They arent a cheap copy, they are their own product. The adhesive hasnt caused any reaction and has stayed firmly stuck on without any edges lifting, even after bathing and wearing the patch in a location that clothing rubs. Easy enough to remove the edging without the sides of the dressing lifting which can happen with this type of dressing. Fully waterproof in the shower and the bath. Excellent product and does what its supposed to. I will be buying these again.

I’ve been really impressed with these transparent film dressings — they’re thin, flexible and completely waterproof, making them ideal for everyday use. I used one to cover a small burn on my leg, and it stayed perfectly in place even after multiple showers. The material feels lightweight and breathable but still gives a strong seal that protects against water and bacteria. I also like that it’s transparent, so you can easily keep an eye on how the wound is healing without removing it. Application is straightforward once you get used to handling the film gently — the adhesive is strong but not overly harsh, and removing it didn’t cause any irritation for me. The larger size makes them versatile too, and you can overlap two for extra coverage without losing the waterproof protection. A great addition to any first aid kit — reliable, comfortable and genuinely does what it promises.

Update 19/8/25 I didn't get on with the dressings, but I commend the company for excellent follow-up service, hence the amended star rating. They contacted me to offer a refund, which was very kind, but no manufacturer can be expected to cover every individual user's needs, so I'll take the hit and chalk it up to experience. It's just bad luck on my part. I'm impressed with their customer service so I'd buy from them again. (And I'd test the product first on a less fragile part of my anatomy!) ______________________ If you want a waterproof dressing that sticks and stays put, this does the job, and the pack is pretty good value for money. But I certainly wouldn't call it "gentle" as described. It may well be hypoallergenic, but I don't feel it's suitable for fragile skin – I found it very painful to remove and it left me with sore skin that needed another dressing. It's not an allergic reaction, it's the mechanical action of removing it.

Too small

Does not stick very well, keeps peeling around edges making it not waterproof. Not sure if i had a bad batch, first one was throw away and tried second time, still started peeling around edges.

Great product. I use this to cover my insulin pump sensor and transmitter (to keep it stable and dry). It's also available on Amazon Australia (locally), so it gets to you quicker.

These came quickly and are just the sort of occlusive dressing that we required to use in combination with a numbing cream.
