Performance Health Comfort Soft Grip Crutches, Adjustable Height Non Marking Slip Resistant Mobility Aid for Elderly, Disabled and Physically Impaired

Wanted a pair to own, rather than having the standxdard issue. These arrived really quickly and once the right height was achieved (courtesy of another reviewer's instructions - thank you), find them to be very good to use. I'm not sure if I prefer these ergonomic handles to the standard variety, but don't mind them at all, and the rougher surface is probably better. Love the colour , although they are slightly heavier - overall great.

I think some of the not so great reviews are a little unreasonable. I think there’s few expecting high end product but not wanting to pay for it. These are great for the money spent, arrived on time in expected condition. The handles take a little getting used to after using hard handles but once you have they are so much more comfortable than nasty nhs crutches. Obviously grateful that I’m in a position to be able to buy myself something better and not an intentional knock against the health service. The reflectors crack me up, bit naff but I can see they may serve a purpose. Easy to adjust, not too noisy, not as lightweight as some but I quite like that.

These crutches are far kinder to the hands than the standard NHS issue. They also offer more adjustment than the basic sort and do not emit the annoying clanking noise either. The choice of colours is a bonus as it is easy to identify your pair when attending appointments etc. I think the little extras, such as the reflectors, make it worth buying your own crutches if, like me, you are going to need this assistance for a protracted length of time. I'm sure the Red Cross will welcome being given them when no longer required by me.

A sturdy but light and comfortable product. Good value for money. Easily adjustable in size.Initially Amazon sent only one of the pair, but they promptly replaced it with a pair. The Amazon chat system works very well.

Was exactly what I needed until I realised that I’d been sent two left hand crutches instead of a pair. Differed slightly from picture as there is a red reflector at the rear. Ugly looking gap at front that could have been nicely covered by a reflector. Obviously been returned by someone and not checked before being dumped on me. Paper and sellotape marks on both crutches and no instructions

I am blown away with how comfythese are not to mention how stunning they look.i have fibromyalgia and brittle bones now i can wonder about in style and comfort.just shame there is no front reflectors...Do you make these in purple ??

I am having ankle surgery in a few weeks so, as advised by my daughter who is a physiotherapist, decided to buy my own and bought a pair with soft comfort hand grips. I wanted my own because I knew I would need to practice as I have never had to use crutches before. She also said that not all hospitals have crutches with the soft grip handles, which I find are extremely comfortable and I thought they were a good price too. I am very pleased with them.
