Ordered it twice. The first one worked perfectly, the second one did not and had to be returned.Still giving it 4stars because an occasional piece may be defective, or , maybe I made a mistake while setting the number.Tha fluorescent colour makes it so easy to identify your luggage.I’ll be buying it again.

It's a good lock with good security. Not easy to break and ooen because of it's build quality and sturdiness, It is more secure. If you're reading this, I suggest you to definetely buy this.

Good combination locks and hassle free design. I always use these kind of locks while travelling. Need not to worry about keys. But build quality is not that good. These are made of plastic. I guess they are not very secure.

First time experiencing a bad product experience from Amazon Purchase.I purchased for my parents who are planning to travel on Monday. Just to check the reliability tried to change the number of the Lock twice.First time it worked.Second time all the hell break loose like situation. Dial too tight. The lock gone further inside. Got stuck in that position rotation 270 degree.I bought 2 for my parents. one was defective from the start. After testing the reliability and sustainability found both not suitable to put faith on for travel usage. Happy that I found it early Else it will be a disaster.
