Love this newborn insert! I received a Tula baby carrier at my baby-shower and was eager to use it, so I purchased this newborn insert asap. Works great! Little one is snug-as-a-bug and typically falls asleep soon after getting in the carrier. We use it to go on weekly (moderate) hikes, grocery store runs, and even sometimes use it while doing household chires/tasks. Being a little more 'hands free' has made all the difference for me and has saved my shoulders tremendously! Doing the cradle hold all day was creating a bad pinch in my neck and using the carrier to transport little one around has been a savior.

I tried using my carrier without this insert and I just felt like my newborn was not comfortable. I’m so glad I bought this! My baby weighs 7 pounds 8 ounces and he fits in this perfectly and seems so much more content and comfortable snuggled up to me inside of the Tula when he is in the insert. I highly recommend this to anyone with a tiny babe that they wish to wear early on.

Looks uncomfortable for my baby. unless your baby is premature, i don't think it's needed.

This is simple and works great. Some very minor gripes:The base that the child sits on is a little "blocky" and can dig in while you're wearing it, the edges should prob have been rounded off a little to help.It would be nice if the velcro on the strap closed on the front instead of the back, would make installing the child a little easier.

My daughter used this from newborn to about 3 months. Awesome insert so I can use my Tula even longer.

I have a toddler Tula carrier, so I had to buy the insert to use it with my newborn. The insert worked very well and was easy to use. It supported my baby like it should. I used the insert a lot and no issues of falling apart or seams coming apart.

This item is bulky and a bit awkward to wear. I received it as a baby shower gift and have half a mind to return it and purchase it straight from Tula as it's half the price on their site.
