Product was delivered quickly and was very easy to setup. We are using it in our customer lounge and it seems to be working well so far. It is a very sturdy and attractive display. We have not ordered custom signs yet, but based on design, they look easy enough to install. All connections seem to work and there are a variety of connection types for iPhone, iPad and Android. There is a small chrome colored plastic holder that sits on the stand that doesn't seem useful but other than this it works as advertised.

All great if they send you the two poles which are telescopic. We didn't receive the piece that would screw into the base, we received two top pieces. Unfortunately, if you buy this on Amazon, you're buying from a third party seller, although the Amazon store is branded to look like you are purchasing directly from the manufacturer. Please be aware that if something is faulty, they just send you a whole other unit, they do not have the capability of sending a replacement of just one piece.

Solves the problem of customers with low batteries in multiple devices. More importantly provides them with a charging cable for the device. But especially nice is the cables are secured so they don't magically disappear. There were no instructions included with this, but their Customer Service led me to a website where I could print them off. However, when assembling then found out the wrong screws had been sent with it and our crew of carpenters had to purchase the ones to attach it to the back and to the floor stand (two different types). Their Customer Service never apologized for this and never commented after I sent the requested photos of the screws which had been packaged with the Charging Station, only commented that it was strange this could happen.So far, the item is working fine and we have received comments on having it as being useful to several.

This has become a popular item in our work area. Many people stop in to use it. Only complaint is it doesn't charge as quickly as I would like it to.

Very nice unit. It is not a quick charging station, however it is sturdy and the changeable advertising feature that is lit up with LED is very nice.

This is excellent for an office for everyone to use. Saves space, works flawlessly and it's fairly cheap.

I think it is a decent product as it goes together well, only problem is the speed of which is charges. It is super slow which is frutrating when you have customers or others who are using it for less than ten minutes. Otherwise, it is a great product that looks nice.
