Q: Can this be used on a Rawlings tee?

Yes. I used mine on a rawlings tee. Works better than the original i had.

Q: Will this fit to replace a jugs pro t?

Yes, it's a universal topper..I replaced a schutt t top with it and it's similar in style.

Q: Can this be used on a schutt lightweight travel tee?

That is what we had. The base folds up with three legs

Q: Will this work for maxover x3 Pro?

I can't be tell you if it will fit the Maxover, but I will say it worked great on ours. The post on ours is about .7 inches in diameter and it went on easily. I would guess that if the post is from 5/8" to 3/4" it should work nicely.
