Q: How long is the scepter?

maybe 16", not sure didn't measure it

Q: How long is the scepter? Is it for an adult or child?

The scepter is made of plastics, approximately 18" long. I purchased it for a visual teaching tool for children. It could be used as part of an adult costume...but not if you want to glam it up. Hopes this helps. I was pleased with them (they come 2 per order) for what I plan to use them for!

No, the crown was not adjustable. But it fit a 4-5 year old child perfectly.
