ZIRKOOON Storage Bench, Entryway Shoe Rack wih Leather Seat 2 Tier Lift Top Organizer Wooden Bench for Foyer Bedroom Living Room Accent Furniture (31.5x13.8x18.9'')

The assembly instructions and photos need some serious upgrades. Did not match the product I was trying to assemble and had to figure out how to make it work on my own. The shelves and storage compartment underneath the bench cushion are too shallow for adult shoes. The bench is attractive and sturdy (so far) but would have liked a more high quality wood rather than a painted over composite.

UPDATE: the seller responded to me and worked very hard to try to make this right. They gave me the choice of sending another bench, or a full refund. I opted for getting another bench sent. It came almost immediately. Unfortunately it had almost identical issues to the first, but to a lesser degree. The seller gave me a partial refund to make up for everything and I’m happy. It wasn’t their fault. I discussed the packaging with the seller and because they use different packing than either of my items came with, I believe I was sent not one but two returns. Amazon, you’re busted! That’s incredibly shady. Original review: I want so badly to give this a better review but I just can’t. It’s solid, it looks good, doesn’t look or feel cheap and was relatively easy to put together… but the one I was sent is damaged. The finish was cracked and chipped on the corners of both shelves. The seat had a gummy residue in 2 places. Despite this, I am keeping it because the box is heavy and too unwieldy to load in the car by myself, and getting it picked up will cost. It’s annoying to pay full price and not get a perfect item, but it’s functional; I have scratch cover markers for chips and scratches and a magic eraser for the goo. Also, from the photos, it looks like heels fit in the shelves, right? Wrong. Nothing over 1.5 - 2” will work.

Looks really nice and fit perfectly in our entry. It’s exactly what we needed. After ignoring the instructions, I was able to assemble with ease. Therefore, 4 stars because the instructions were not for this exact item.

I love that it is a shoe rack with storage and a bench that actually holds some weight. This isn’t a cheap flimsy thing it is very sturdy. It fits perfectly in my entry way. I have had lots of compliments on it already. It was missing parts when I first got it but they were quick to fix the problem. Thank you.
