They are also great for lifting with the bar
I bought these for crossfit because I was having a tough time with the pull ups tearing up my hands. They have made a world of difference. They are wider than the grips that my box sells, so they protect the whole palm (I do have small hands, though). They are also great for lifting with the bar. I'm not afraid I'm going to rip my callouses off while doing a heavy snatch. Will be buying again.

It's a great workout. My hands have been well protected and ...
I've tried gloves, tape, and none of those worked well for me until these. Usually gloves make my hands very sweaty .They are not too thick, not too slippery, and allow my hand to breathe unlike with gloves.The free kettlebell workout is very handy, I can take it on my phone and use it on the gym. It's a great workout.My hands have been well protected and haven't gotten as callused since before I started using these. I haven't had a problem with them not covering my upper palms when I grip the bar. I use them for crossfit, kettlebell excises, but them mainly for pull ups, muscle ups and levers training, and sometimes just for playing with the monkey bars. These provide good protection and descent grip on the bar. I still get some calluses witch I think is normal, but no more rips and tears, less then with normal gloves.I received this product at a reduced price or free for an unbiased, honest review.

Absolutely Fantastic Product!
Perfect for Crossfit and Gym Workouts! I have recently got seriously into crossfit. I thought these would be perfect for it, and turns out they are!I had lifting gloves that he was using before. The ones with good padding on your hands, with the fingers cut out - but did not have any support for your wrists. Plus for pulling exercises the gloves tend to slip. For all bar exercises including puul ups and dead lifts, these hand grips do an amazing jogI believed that having wrist support is crucial when doing that kind of exercise to avoid injury.
