HuaLan Fiberglass Reusable Chopsticks Dishwasher-Safe 5 Pairs

My daughter has taken up Asian cooking and needed a solid, durable and affordable set of chop sticks to compliment her meal service for her friends. These were perfect! Great price, comfortable feel, decorative yet dishwasher safe. Soon as she needs more than 5 pairs, we will be ordering a second set. The box is beautiful, perfect for safe storage. My son has been wanting chopsticks for a long time.. not the wooden ones, but a nice pair. I bought these for his birthday and can't wait to surprise him. its a beautiful set and they are very good quality. (Update) I had not been putting the chopsticks in the dishwasher because they are so easy to clean in the sink; however, someone did put two of the chopsticks into the dishwasher without my knowledge. It’s not that the chopsticks can’t handle the heat, but they are so thin that they fall through the rack and get torn up. If you have something to put them in while they are in the dishwasher to keep them safe then they’ll be fine, but refrain from putting them in the utensil rack.

Been using this for 2-3 years now. (I bought the second set 1 year later) I wash them flat in my dishwasher. It cleans very well. No gross discoloration, no mold, no mildew. It's still intact after all these time. No chips and breakages. Metal part also remains beautiful. I just love the simple beautiful design. I am glad that I do not have to look for new chopsticks to replace anymore.

This is my first time using fiberglass chopsticks. I used wood, bamboo and plastic ones all my life; but mostly wood. These are easy to clean and will survive the dishwasher. They are not porous like the wooden ones. But I felt that they are unbalanced. I think the blunt end is much heavier than the tapered end. Sometimes, one of them falls backward while I was holding them. This never happened with the wooden ones and somewhat embarrassing.

Really nice chopsticks. Given the price, I was worried that these might feel cheap, but I was extremely surprised by how great they feel. Weight distribution is good and they look absolutely stunning. The packaging/gift box is simple, but elegant, clean, and modern. Gave these to my girlfriend for Xmas and we couldn’t be happier. I’ve run them through the dishwasher a couple times now and absolutely no problem. I will definitely be buying these again and highly recommend these chopsticks to others! Thanks!!

Update 4/19/20: Have used these many times with many runs in the dishwasher and they still look exactly the same. Have not cracked, flaked, molded, or absorbed any odors. Still happy with them Original review: Very attractive classic design; goes well with Asian or Western place settings. Plating didn't come off in the dishwasher. Boyfriend used them for noodles and said they had a nice grip on the food. They're fairly heavy on the silver end, which could make them harder to hold for some people, but it doesn't bother us. They're about 2x heavier than bamboo chopsticks (25g per pair vs 12g). All in all, definitely a good buy. Had considered other almost identical fiberglass chopsticks that were twice the price. Glad I got these.

Chopsticks are the perfect weight and length. They also came in a nice packaging. I made Thai Peanut Chicken Ramen to test these out with and as a beginner was able to use these chopsticks with ease. The rougher tip isn't very noticeable but it does help quite a bit. They're also easy to clean. I ended up tossing our bamboo set.

I had a dental procedure and needed to eat in a particular part of my mouth for a couple weeks and figured chopsticks would be a good way to do that since I didn't want to stab the healing part of my mouth with a metal fork. I picked these up and they worked great for that and have been working great for a lot of other eating since then. Great quality, easy to clean, and have a textured area that make it easy to grab things.

Grandson for Xmas. Loved them now he uses them for everything including eating wotsits so he doesn't have to wash his hands afterwards
