It was so easy and tasted great
It worked for me perfectly. I needed a lot fast so I got this. A little leery at the start but it was great. Some say to salt?? I disagree.. taste after out sits over night mixed. Off to salty for you as a little more peek. 1.76 ounces for 5lbs it was perfect. I did add milk powder for a binder. And some water. I will get this product again

This stuff is great. I've been using it for several years making venison sausage.

Do not separate lol
Excellent sausage mix. It's a little confusing when the 2 pack is labeled do not separate. Wasn't sure if I needed to mix both together or it was ok to use one pack at a time. Guess I was right one pack and my 25 pounds of pork sausage came out some of the best tasting I've had. Will definitely be ordering more.
