LEMON BALM FOR SWEET SLEEP!!
I have been using Solaray's Lemon Balm capsules for quite a while to induce restful sleep all through the night. I take 2 each night right before lying down around 10:00pm, and I'm off to sweet slumber that lasts until the morning when I get up around 8:00am. I will NOT be without my Lemon Balm! Try it! You'll be glad you did!

Good for sleep
I take one every night with dinner. I have been struggling with insomnia and this helps me get more consistent sleep. It's definitely not some miracle supplement but it is undoubtedly helpful. I saw some other reviewers talking about it benefiting their anxiety, as someone who has very bad anxiety this hasn't helped with that at all.

Ivr bought solaray for years and its always been fresh, potent herbs ,supplements. Clean bottle ,clean capsules my opinion is they are the standard for other brands.. 2 words.....consistant quality! Good!
