Love it, really good quality.

Bought this diary for my daughter and she has loved it although she has forgotten the passcode. May have the cut the diary open if I don’t get a response from amazon who say they have contacted customers. Not sure why the seller can’t be asked. Overall a good diary if we are able to reopen it

My 14yr old daughter absolutely loves her journal with the bird on it and the lock. She did forget the password however and I contacted the seller who was SUPER HELPFUL! Sent me the info of how to realign the code so that the lock opened again!! Brilliant. Thoroughly recommend.
