I love it
The media could not be loaded. I am so happy to have this Cold brew maker! It works great. It doesn't require any battery or electricity and easy to use. It does take time to get enough coffee but it worth to wait to get really nice cold brew. You can adjust the screw to allow more water drop. I prefer one drop per second. I love my latte with dark cold brew :)

Works as expected, need filters available.
This works as I expected. If you want a paper filter, you will have to make your own or use a pour over filter after. For those of you who have mold on the wooden parts, if you treat them with food grade mineral oil about once a week, and dry them after each use, I think your problem will go away .. at least I am not having any issues doing that.I actually like using the batch method and the oxo concentrated cold brew maker more. I purchased this to see if I liked the drip method (this method, takes about 4 or so hours) .. Or if I liked the batch / concentrated method (like the oxo or toddy systems). I personally like the taste and ease of the concentrated method. If there were ready fit paper filters, even as a separate purchase, I would have given this 5 stars. Having to create your own paper filters, if you want them, is ridiculous.

After 13 months daily use
And I DO mean 395 days of use!+ Small foot print (12 ounce size)+ Easy enough to use+ Adjustable drip. One must get comfortable with the way that the silicone insert works. It is not incrementally precise and there is a small learning curve.I have lost the screen during travel but found it works just fine with the paper filter. I can get at least one month's use out of one - yes ONE - paper filter (my current filter is two months old, rinse after each use).Preferences: 1) Hot water, pre-wet "bloom" of the coffee grounds, just enough to soak them and release a bit more flavor. 2) Regular grind coffee (espresso/turkish grind can cause water to back up unless your drip is set on a very low rate). 3) Filtered water so minerals don't clog device. 4) Soak drip aperture in white vinegar once a month to clean out any deposits.Advice: Be sure that drip speed doesn't exceed what can pass through the coffee and filter. Kind of messy!

My husband loves making his own cold brew and this thing is the way to go!!!!! It's very easy to use. Plus it's super aesthetic on the counter especially when the coffee is being made! We've had this coffee maker for 3 years now and it's held up fantastically especially considering my husband uses it religiously every single week for a new batch of fresh cold brew. Highly recommend especially for the price, you won't regret it! Also makes for a fantastic hostess gift or holiday gift for the coffee lovers in your life!

I really wanted to love these!
I really wanted to love these so I got both the large (for home) and small (for work sizes) however it makes a very very weak cup of coffee.Either the drip is too slow and all the ice just melts and gets warm before it drips out. Or it’s slightly to fast and I just get super weak coffee. Sometimes I pass the coffee through twice however that’s a lot of effort and it ends up not being made from ice cold water. Either way. The coffee is much weaker than I prefer.

Best way to make kyoto style iced coffee at home!
I had previously purchased a Hario Mizudashi cold brew coffee pot that works like a teapot in that the coffee is steeped in the water. While the coffee tasted fine, I found the mesh insert difficult to clean. This dripper is so easy to use and to clean! I do find that I prefer using a paper coffee filter (which I cut out from a pack of regular Mr. Coffee style fiters). One thing I noticed immediately is that there is no ground coffee residue with this dripper like there was with the Hario. Others have commented that the glass portions are very fragile. So far, I haven't had any issues. I just handle the pieces carefully when washing them (actually, I just rinse them - no dish soap!). If you want excellent iced coffee, this dripper is well-priced, relatively compact and super easy to use!

Pretty and fun, but not super practical
Makes a very clean cold brew, much quicker than the immersion method, with about the same concentration. It is not a super concentrated brew but a regular cup of coffee. The metal filter is very fine mesh, keeping out grounds, but also seems to keep out some of the coffee oils, which to me add more flavor. So I prefer French press or immersion. I really liked it except that the glass is thin and feels like it would break easily. The openings are small, so men may have trouble washing it. Also, the only way to store the upper chamber is by placing it upside down, which still feels precarious. Not the nirvana I was expecting from Dutch ice drip, but an attractive pot that's fun to use.

Works Fine
Easy to set up and clean. Comes with a mesh filter and a small pack of white paper filters. The one criticism I have it the dripper piece seems to slow down and sometimes stop over time. I usually set it to about six to eight drops every ten seconds but after about thirty minutes, the dropper slows down to about two to three drops every ten seconds. I'm not sure if this is how it is supposed to work. Its not too bad but a little annoying having to check on it time to time to make sure the water is still dripping as initially set. Other than that, overall good product.
