Took about two weeks to arrive. I didn't find they helped me get to sleep any quicker but did feel they made me feel very tired the next morning and harder to get up.

I take these half hour before bed and they make you sleep very deeply. I felt refreshed in the morning. I will use sparingly though (sunday night scaries) as I hear your body can grow acustomed to them causing them to be less effective.
