Honestly I’m surprised by the product. Looks really cool and excited to see what it tastes like!

We used this buckwheat flour mixed with AP flour to make some peanut butter cake and it added depth to the cake. I did notice a slightly bitter aftertaste which is common with buckwheat flour. I think if we used a little more sugar it wouldn't be noticeable.Buckwheat flour is high in fiber so this can be a consideration when using it in baked goods.
