Nature's Sunshine Tiao He Herbal Cleanse | Cleanse and Detox the Colon and Liver with Traditional Chinese Herbs

Okay, so at first I upset because this was my first time ordering and I read mixed reviews. When I got it I counted and only had 26 packs and one of them was molded. At that point I wanted a refund and go about my business. Buuuut, I contacted the seller and told them what the issue was and I decided to have another one sent out. To my surprise, the next box came the next day (it came before I even had the chance to send the other one back-plus!). I counted and scanned over the packs and all 30 were there and fresh. I like their promptness to fix the issue. Now, to what you want to know! I started my pills on a evening. When I woke up I had already noticed a different-better feeling in my stomach. Normally I snooze my clock but that day I didn’t have to. I felt refreshed and ready to start the day. With this I changed my eating habits: week 1 I did more liquids (smoothies: spinach/kale and fruit). And WATER, loads of water!! Towards the end of week 1 into wrk 2 I started back on solid foods, but kept it clean- no fast food, greasy food, etc. What it did: my body felt light- like clean, no harmful things inside. I like that feeling- no lethargy, tiredness, dragging out of bed. No bloated stomach or inflammation elsewhere. It definitely curbed my appetite a lot to the point that I was forgetting to drink water. It didn’t give me the runs, Nor did it cramp my stomach which was a winner for me. It did give me a cleaned out feeling when I did go to the bathroom which was good, and with the amount of liquids you taking in expect a lot of tinkle time runs lol. I think this is a good buy and I will do it again. This may be a twice a year thing for me. Once you start, it makes you want to keep up the clean eating vibe. Oh and this is NOT a weight loss thing. You can lose weight on it because you’re changing your eating during the time- just be sure to maintain it once this is done. You can say it can help jumpstart your weight loss journey from the standpoint that it is getting the bad stuff out of your system

I have done this cleanse several times over the years and it works great, it's not too harsh on the body. I really like it.

Nature’s Sunshine products generally work quite well. This multi pack does not work well for the intended purpose. It takes quite sometime and doesn’t always produce bowel movements. In fact, it rarely does. The bowel detox is wonderful though. !

I’ve been on the hunt for something remotely close to the wild rose detox and nothing fully compares but this one is a close 2nd for me. I’ve done it twice and it is gentle but effective. Most important thing to do is follow and watch your diet and exercise. Your body detoxes in all of these avenues , but this kit is a nice boost when you need a reset
