It’s really works.
Just finished my first bottle of Sleep Fairy and am loving it. I had been using Unisom (doxylamine succinate) ever since I was pregnant with my daughter. I started taking it for morning sickness and loved how easy it was to sleep when taking it. For the last 9 years I’ve relied on it to sleep and became very dependent on it. The problem is that it’s only supposed to be used temporarily, has a drowsy hangover in the morning and long term use of sleep aids has the possibility of exacerbating Alzheimer’s (which my grandfather and great grandmother, his mom, died of). Problem was, I could not sleep without Unisom and every time I tried, my days were ruined from lack of sleep. I decided last month that I had to stop the Unisom, I had to try something. Just melatonin didn’t help much, if I added magnesium, a little bit better but still not great. I have a lot of friends that recommended THC edibles for sleep, but I don’t love the feeling of THC high and as a mom, I want to be able to wake up and be functional if I need to in the middle of the night. Sleep Fairy is working so well!!! I start to feel drowsy about 30 minutes after I take it and drop off easily and when I wake at night, I fall back asleep without much trouble. It’s a life saver! Something about all the calming ingredients is really working. I feel like I’m throwing everything but the kitchen sink (in a natural way) at the problem and one of the ingredients at least is working, probably all of them together. I decided to try Sleep Fairy because it had Melatonin, Valerian, 5HTP, Magnesium, L-Theanine and GABA all in one. I’ve bought all of those separately in the past but taking 6 pills at night- no thanks. Sleep Fairy is working perfectly and I only have to buy one product. Plus I LOVE the name!!! Highly recommend!

It works !!!!
This works ~ and no crazy dreams and wake up rested and alert. Had major surgery and after I was waking up every 90 minutes or so. Tried ALOT of different things but researched and this combination of ingredients works. I found it to be more effective over time too. Game changer !

Helps me quiet my busy mind at night
The Sleep Fairy Natural Sleep Aid has been genuinely helpful for me, especially given how many other things I’ve tried. I tend to have a very active mind that doesn’t want to shut off at night, and it often feels worse right when I’m trying to fall asleep. I’ve tried magnesium, melatonin, and a handful of other remedies with mixed or minimal results. These capsules didn’t feel dramatic or “knock you out,” but they did make a noticeable difference. I take two capsules about an hour before bed, and it seems to help take the edge off mentally. My thoughts felt a bit calmer and less stuck in overdrive, which made it easier to wind down and fall asleep. It felt more like gentle relaxation than sedation, which I appreciated. I didn’t notice any side effects, grogginess, or weird next-day feeling. It wasn’t a miracle cure, but it was consistently helpful, which is more than I can say for a lot of sleep aids I’ve tried. If you’re looking for something natural that may help quiet a busy mind rather than force sleep, this is worth trying.

Definitely not for me
It gave me ghastly dreams! And then I woke up with a sinus headache. The headache went away quickly once I got up, but I had to throw the bottle away. They don't take back opened bottles. I would have liked to get my money back since I had such a bad reaction to it. Perhaps it's just me since others have not complained of headaches, but one person did say it gave them bad dreams also.

Best product I've found for HELPING me sleep
I've been taking for over a year and I can't recommend enough for those with trouble sleeping because their brain won't shut off. Not a cure all. It won't "knock you out." It helps facilitate sleep. I also haven't detected any negative side effects. Everyone's body works differently, but worth a shot if you're having issues and want to avoid prescription drugs and unhealthy alternatives.

Prescription sleep pill taker - I yawned 60 mins in
Well. It's been about an hour and a half since I took my first two. I take a prescription sleep med, that of course the overlords of our American medical field, have dictated I no longer am allowed to have, after 20 years....*looking at you CDC* So, since I'm on night 13 of no more than 2 hours of sleep; I ordered these with little expectations. The stuff I'm on is the strongest anti anxiety/sleep medicine "available". This did make me legitimately yawn at 61 mins after taking it. That actually surprised me. Yeah, I'm tired, but what I'm going through won't allow sleep. I feel slightly more relaxed & my mood has oddly improved . I ordered this to mix the valerian root with what's left of my prescribed med. (Don't even judge it's been 13 nights & I almost fell asleep driving. Desperate times my friends). I guess I'll see how tonight goes. Oddly, I have not found anything to boost the bummed out mood I've been in. This did make me feel more happy & slightly more relaxed (outside of my puppy; whom i had to split with a relative - nice way to treat an animal & no, I had no say); this is the ONLY thing that has at least boosted my mood somehow (this is before dropping the remainder of my sleep med with it too); and is possibly the first time I have legit yawned since like 2019 (not exaggerated.). I'll probably keep taking it. At least it has some ingredients that are good for you. I've never slept my entire life. I'm 43. It would take all the meds, in all hospitals on the east coast to knock me out for sleep. At least this ACTUALLY has had some real affect. I don't regret my purchase. I would Recommend this.
