I gave this formula one month before writing this review, and was comparing it to two other formulas I had been taking for awhile...First I tried Doctor's Best digestive Enzymes and then did a month of Similase (both the formula for gluten/dairy issues and the regular formula). Klaire Vital-Zymes wins by a long shot. I'll explain why. First of all, my digestive problems are basically bloat, gas and random constipation....(excuse me for TMI). Often I would feel like I wasn't fully evacuating my bowels....Stools would be small and difficult to pass, or not at all. Even when I doubled the enzyme dose, I wasn't having much success. SO a month ago, after being at my son and daughter-in-law's house, forgetting to bring my own enzyme, I tried one of theirs... They were using this Klaire Vital-Zymes and I had never taken this before. ...I noticed the very next morning a huge difference....even with just one pill, I wasn't constipated. I sat down on the toilet and felt like I fully evacuated my bowels.... Not having any more Klaire enzymes to try, I went back to my last formula which was Similase and started having the same digestive problems again just after 24 hours.... I quickly ordered my own bottle of Klaire and once again, my constipation issues resolved overnight. I started out taking just one enzyme pill before a meal. But now, because I feel very well adjusted to this formula, I'm taking two pills... one before a meal and one after the meal, when I also take other supplements. When my meals are super small, like a snack bar, I might just take one pill and that's all. For dinner, I always take two pills and next morning, no more constipation. I am really impressed with this formula...It's truly the very best enzyme I've ever taken.

Great product!! It works very well as long as you take it as directed!!
