It has a great taste to it and you’re getting essential minerals that you may not get if your diet isn’t balanced you take 2 tablespoons a day and within two weeks you can definitely notice a difference in how you feel. It’s super easy to use and incorporate into your daily routine! It’s a great size so it lasts forever and the price is reasonable for this type of product.

I think this a decent product, I just hate that it doesn’t tell you what’s in it. It did help me with mental clarity, and helps me stay calm and focused.The second bad thing is it broke me out every time I took it…But I did think this is a good product, I just like to know what I’m consuming and what in it.

I am very satisfied with the results I get from using these vitamins. If I feel a cold coming on, I take an extra dose and the symptoms disappear. Almost all the time! I haven't been sick in a long time! But the bottle is different, only one cap, a regular quart-sized plastic bottle. So if you like the dosing aspect, save your old bottle. And the taste wasn't as good when the packaging changed, but after 6 months, it's great again! I actually love taking it! The formula MUST have been changed again. I am SO glad I stuck with it for the amazing health results that I enjoy. I think it may be better than any other liquid vitamins on the market. I think there are no other liquid vitamins that yield the same great health results, so I'm sticking with it forever.
