I Began taking Glutathione after reading several articles stating that although the antioxidant is naturally produced, many adults were deficient resulting in a decline in the body's ability to combat oxidative stress. This brand also contains Milk Thistle which also is effective in liver detoxification. I wanted something to help my immune system and so far so good. I take one capsule daily. After taking the supplement for a month or so, I noticed that the brown spots on my face and chest had faded; some had actually disappeared. I have long been a sun-worshiper and my skin reflected my devotion. (I'm 64) Thinking I was imagining things, I went back and looked at photo's to compare and sure enough....my skin had drastically improved. In addition, I have more energy & feel better overall. Just ordered my 4th bottle... I'm a fan for life!!

I got my face skin color turned darker one day andI was having some supplements that never work well. I searched skin whitening as I was missing my face color as only my face, all other parts are stayed normal. I decided to buy this and as soon as I took it, I felt my toxins are gone from my body. My stiffness got lighter etc. This is my first one that I haven't compared with others but I felt the effect very well. Especially, when I drink, I take this capsule and feel my health better. Great product. This gluta helps even out my skin tone and also get a bit lighter skin tone. I wait about few weeks of use before I write the review. Original purpose for I bought this is to help cleansing my body because I am a long time smoker, but itbenefit other stuff. I would buy again.

The product is been very effective it makes my skin lighter. Before my skin was a bit darker I took one pill every night before going to bed. It's my first time using it and I cannot really say how effective it is yet since only used one bottle.

I’ve been using this product for about a month now. I am african American andnhave a hyperpigmentation on my arms and face. Initially I was taking one tablet per day but went to 2 a day. After doing some research I found that I should be taking more tablets per day to get optimum results. I’m slowly increasing I’ve noticed a slight lightening in the areas where there is hyperpigmentation and my face seems to be more even toned. While I wish it was working more quickly, I am thinking slow and steady wins the race. I’m happy with the results so far.

I am halfway of my 60 count bottle and I notice that I am not have having hot flashes and night sweats, thus, providing me a good night sleep! I did not buy this for that purpose but I'm glad this helps me with this issue. The downside is I always have a 'mini' diarrhea even I have a meal after 20-60 minutes (per direction). I thought maybe this is just for few days until my body will get used to the supplement, we will see. The other downside, this product is pretty much pricey for me. I hope it is worth it.
