What's the weight limit for this high chair?

The high chair is designed for brand new eaters who can sit up and are ready to start solids until they are around 3 years old (or 33 pounds). Once they've outgrown the highchair, you can convert into the Booster which holds up to 50lbs or the Play Chair which can hold up to 200lbs. (Accessories purchased separately)

Whats the height measurement from the ground to the tray?

The distance from the floor to tray is approximately 29.5". The Chair is designed to be table height and is perfect for tables 28" to 30". It won't work for bar height or counter height, but you can use it as a stand alone with the tray. If you'd like to give your little one a seat directly at the table with your family, you can remove the tray and pull The Chair right up to the table using the belly bar.
