This formula is so, so good. The color (Getaway) is a stunning, glittery deep bronze rose. I may try to buy all the rest so go ahead and get one while the getting’s good!

My favorite color of lipstick

I have tons of lipsticks but had never ever received more compliments that this one. I put any lipstick underneath (preferably longer wearing) and I light put this on top. WOW. Everyone loves. It is the perfect light highlight/frost. Even 'touching it to your lips is an amazing glow. I have 4 of them in this color (fave) and I have a feeling they will be discontinued, as getting harder and harder to find. I cannot believe what it does to my (old) face. Does wonders in a picture. I tried one of the light colors but this is my absolute favorite. Please don't discontinue. Everything I love gets discontinued.

A billion years ago in the 1980s, there was a company called Ulta and they had this amazing color lipstick. It had sparkle and shimmer and looked great on everyone who tried it. I mean it. EVERYONE. Any skin color or tone did not matter, this lipstick made you look incredible. So now after an eon of searching and trying everything by ANY company that looks even slightly, remotely similar, after multiple failures to make my own after countless attempts at blending, covergirl of all companies has come out with a color that is the closest. Ever. This is it. It is also super creamy and glittery, but yeah. Get it.

I have used this shade of lipstick for some time and I get lots of compliments.

Love the metallic lipstick, except the getaway. It is not true to color. Don't like the color, lots of the metallic with not much color.

It is melted and the lipstick won't come to the top after turning

This particular shade, "Getaway" (#530), turns out lighter when applied to the lips than pictured onscreen and in the color bottom-end of the external tube/case. It's so-called "metallic" (same thing as what was for decades termed "frost"), which is great!; we need more metallics/frosts available in lipsticks. The demand is out there. On the downside, ingredients contain potential carcinogen paraben, and carmine (ground-up dead red bugs). Ugh!
