Mercer Culinary Double Blade Rocking Mezzaluna Knife with 2 Knob Handles, 8 Inch, Stainless Steel

Works great, but sometimes the food gets stuck in the middle and be very careful taking out the food in the middle of the two blades because there’s knife will chop your finger off!

I had a spinal cord injury years ago and my hands have become more and more tightfisted as I’ve gotten older. This knife makes chopping much easier!

I ordered this product to use for chopping up chunky foods that are more palatable for my 100-year-old Aunt.

Omg it made my chopping at work 3x faster!!! I mainly used this for chopping shrimp for inside of egg rolls and it took a 30 minute job (17lbs of shrimp chopping) down to 10 minutes as well as making herb chopping soooooo much quicker!!! I lover Mercer brand knives and this was definitely an amazing addition to my collection!! I highly recommend this to anyone who has to do a lot of chopping!!!!!

Works well, but needs a shieve to cover the blades to protect from cuts and accidents. The only reason I placed 3 stars was for mentioned. I’ve enjoyed using it so far but we need to be careful with pushing through chunks that get caught between the blades.

It’s not sharp enough if it was, it would be fabulous not good

I love using this for cilantro, parsley, onions, celery...almost everything, especially for use in sauces and Indian dishes. The only thing I wish came with it is a slotted wood storage block to hold the blade, which is very sharp. There doesn't seem to be one for his larger tool. For safety the next best thing would be a sheath for the double blades.
