I like the quality of this brand normally and this is no exception. This is a great product that is easy to use and store because it does not have to be refrigerated yet it is still really effective. I have so many issues with stomach and foods. This helps so much I take it daily when I remember and when I don't my stomach reminds me that I need it.

Great product. I was new to probiotics and this product was suggested by a friend. I've been using it for about a month and I've seen some really positive results. My energy level is higher, my cravings have been curbed and I feel healthier overall. I would definitely recommend these.

Probiotics are essential after taking a round of antibiotics. I found this out the hard way after undergoing an extended course of high dose antibiotics. My digestive system was not happy. In order to help rebalance my system I drank tons of Kefir and took handfuls of these every day. It helped out tremendously. I am still not where I want to be in terms of digestive health but I know this is the brand that will get me there.At my local health food store, I spoke with one of the knowledgeable employees about this product. He told me the owner would routinely come in and check to make sure the product was well stocked and to answer questions. He also said no other brand has as many bacteria in one capsule, is enteric coated and is shelf stable. This is important because bacteria are very sensitive and so many can die in shipping, or in the stomach before reaching the intestines. It needs to get to our guts in order to have a positive effect.

My physician ordered probiotics and enteric fish oil as remedy for ulcerative proctitis. I consulted a local health food store and this product was highly recommended.How do I assess the effectiveness of this product? Well, I have been able to stop all other prescribed medications except for this and the fish oil. I return to the Colazal and Canasa only during flare-ups.The Vitamin Shoppe has been a good company to deal with; they are also a great way to save some money over the health food store prices!

I've been taking these for about 2 weeks now, and I honestly don't notice any changes at all. I remain hopeful, and will update at a late time.I worry that the product has been affected due to shipping without a cold pack... Heat kills probiotics :(

Last year I ordered the 8 billion CFU Jarro that worked great for me. A few months ago I ordered again from the same place and it tho advertised as 8 billion, they sent the 10 billion. I tried it for awhile and was too strong for my sensitive stomach. So I ordered once again (clearly says 8 billion) and got the 10 billion again today. I tried to return it today and says not eligible for return. Item is not as advertised and should be able to be returned!
