This desk chair is incredibly easy to put together. The back and seat are one piece, so all you have to do is pop in the wheels, the hydraulic cylinder, then the seat and you're done. The chair is light enough that it's not difficult to lift. I can sit the way I like - cross-legged - comfortably with the seat 'wings' adding support. It tilts back or locks in place by extending or pushing in the lift lever - nothing complicated. One detraction is the seat cushion is not as padded as I would like. I have to sit on an air cushion anyway, have one, and that makes this chair practically perfect.

Really like the look of this chair and it’s feels nice and solid. Fits nicely under the desk and wheels glide nicely. Very happy I bought this.
