Is her outfit removeable?

yes and no. the main torso piece is removable but fused together so it takes a little effort to pop it off but the outfit isn't really usable as it was after removing, all the other parts of the outfit are like any other doll clothes, only the chest piece will be hard to get off. But in theory Mattel made it to not be removed from outfit. And just fyi - Antiope, Wonder Woman and Mera are all the same way, you can get it off just have to work on it. And I just used a knife and needle nose pliers to pop it off.
