Workout 5x a week. These handles are great because of the grip... takes a lot of pressure off of your forearms which tend to give out before the actual muscle group you are targeting. I use these over the handles at my gym. Come with own cable hooks so never have to search for them and a nice looking bag. Can handle significant weight... all this plus price point makes these a steal! Also durable too.

I’ve had these for months and I love them. I didn’t know the carabiner didn’t come off but I realized later that that wouldnt be an issue. Especially when some gyms don’t have the carabiners on their cables.I have smaller hands and it’s perfect. Very durable too. My bf uses them too with much heavier weight and they still look new !

Very well made handles, works great for heavy and lighter loads. Grips have a nice secure feel and work much better than the traditional metal D style handles. I didn’t expect something as simple as the carabiner links permanently attached would make much of a difference but it really does, ease of setup and use, plus when more length is needed on certain exercises, extension of the handles is simple by easily attaching them to existing hooks/carabiners which are already present on the machine cables. I’ve put them through some tough workouts and have definitely added them to my assortment of gym bag gear.

I purchased these to replace some handles I had been using from a Perfect brand band set I had years ago. These handles are really well built with good clips, thick nylon, and even good stitching. I primarily use these for pull ups as my shoulders much prefer the freedom of movement handles offer over the bar.I would say that these have one minor issue, the handle material needed about 3 days to "off gas" then the smell went away and does not stay on your hands anymore. Other than that at this price point I was quite impressed with the quality that I received.

These are sturdy and easy to use. Work like they should. I love the color because I take em to the gym and know they are mine and not getting mixed into the gyms equipment.

I bought these because the ones at the gym are getting run down and it's hard to find a matching set sometimes, not to mention germ concerns. They are a perfect fit for my hand - not too narrow, not too fat. The only drawback I have noticed is that they have a long clip instead of a D ring, which means you have to bypass the clip on the machine and hook them directly to the ring on the machine. Usually not a big deal, assuming the ring on the machine can accommodate 2 clips. If you hook it to the clip on the machine that extends the length of the handle, which for me means I can't get full extension on bicep curls.
