Not amazingly great, but noticeably sustained, modest energy boost. Convenient. I'll buy more.
Less than wonderful taste, but preferred over Beetroot Powder options. Noticeable, but not "amazing", energy boost for several hours. I am not an athlete. I'm 82 with bad knees. More flexible, less painful joints. A tad expensive, but I'll buy more.
