My gel turn to liquid ,why?

Mine hasnt but another brand I use that has the gel does over a short period of time. Perhaps the companies making these products are getting cheap on us and this is one the side effects.

Does this gel come as stick (like the solid sticks that can break) or is it the gel that comes out of the little holes in the top of the applicator?

This gel comes out of the little holes in the top of the applicator. It is the only deodorant that my wife will use.

I don't know what you mean by "original" but it is a clear gel.
