OREO Thins Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, Family Size, 12 - 13.1 oz Packs

This is an excellent product but is usually twice the cost of the other oreo's. I am not sure of the reason for the price other than demand. But as far as the product itself, i love it.

I didn't realize there were 12 boxes in this order....so ended with many more oreos than I expected! Took them to my office and everyone was happy. Super fresh. I prefer these thin ones to the regular ones.

When I was a kid, I always opened my Oreos and scraped the white middle out and saved the chocolate outer part for last. It was my favorite part. As I've grew older, I mostly quit eating Oreos just because I didn't love the middle. These Oreo thins are what I wish I had started eating clear from the beginning. The outer dark part is lighter than a regular Oreo and the middle only has a little bit of the white cream, just enough that the cookie isn't too dry. I like these much better than regular Oreos and it they will get me back to eating Oreos again. My husband and son also like these.These are regular size packs so an entire box of 12 is a lot. However, they are nice for sharing. I worried about keeping so many around but I have some parties coming up and will have no problem sharing enough that I doubt they will go to waste.These are a more delicate than regular Oreos and I noticed that they break easier so they may have little pieces broken off in shipping. Not really that big of a deal since they weren't completely broken. Overall, these are a great find.

I almost didn't take the Oreo Slims for review because the quantity being sent was pretty big. But I did, and brother, am I glad I did.I like Oreos anyway. Who doesn't? They're a classic, and if you grew up with them, they are a thing - nostalgic, but also good in their own right. Great dunked into milk (of coffee). Fun to twist apart. Etc.Like many, I've tried a fair selection of Oreo's other attempts to add variation on the theme. Double-stuffed, Mint, Chocolate coated, Vanilla cookie side, etc. None of them are better than the original (double-stuffed comes close, though!). Until now.The Slims ARE better. Same basic taste as the original Oreo, but better-balanced. That actually surprised me, because I thought that by slimming down the entire cookie that it would essentially be the same, just smaller. Not so. It's just better and the chocolate cookies don't overwhelm the filling. It also comes across as more up-to-date, somehow. It's more delicate (more on that below) both physically and in flavor.If there's a downside to more delicate, it's that I've encountered more breakage when opening the package. Granted, I was shipped a fairly large box of the cookies (12 packages) and I don't know what kind of handling the box had, but I can say there were no marks or dents of any kind on the box - yet I had a lot of broken cookies.So ... DEFINITELY recommended and actually better than the original Oreo. Hopefully Nabisco will improve the packaging. But in the meantime, do try them and, if needed, enjoy the broken pieces ... they're delicious!

I have been a fan of Oreos since I was a kid. Really, who hasn’t? And my favorite part back then was twisting them open and enjoying the frosting inside. So I was a bit hesitant to try these.How glad I am I took the chance! Apparently, being older has let me appreciate the goodness of the actual Oreo part of the cookie. I thoroughly enjoyed these Thins and they will most definitely be on my shelves again. I think I might prefer them to regular Oreos because they’re satisfyingly crunchy and ARE missing the extra-sweet frosting.Note: The box arrived a bit crushed - like a giant had tried to fold it in half. This is neither Amazon’s fault, nor Nabisco’s. And it didn’t stop me from enjoying the thin, broken bits, either. Just saying...Thank you for reading my review. It has been awhile since I have treated myself to an Oreo cookie. Diets tend to frown on all the sugar and carbs. We will consider this a cheat day for the greater good of reviewing!The packaging has the familiar logo and style of Oreo brand cookies. You just see it on a shelf and know it is Oreo. The smell is heaven when you open it up to grab a cookie on the go. Heck, I may have taken more than one but don't tell! The best thing about an Oreo is to dunk it in milk. I was worried about them being thin and falling apart easily but this wasn't the case. They are crispier than a normal Oreo and makes it even better for dunking!I also love the size! They are perfect for an on the go snack and you may find yourself grabbing more than you would of the larger size. Shhh....I won't tell if you do.

Soooo much better than the original cookies, thinner, and way more bite sized. These are absolutely incredible, I have always steered away from oreo cookies because of the large amount of cookie compared to the cream. Just too much cookie for me, they also just dont fit in my mouth. But these are so small and delectable. The cookies are really thin, with a good amount of cream in between them.Perfect for small mouths like myself, a happy vegan choice, now in a bite sized portion. This also helps me with portion control, I feel like I'm eating way more, but in fact for about ever 2 and a half cookies I'm only eating one standard sized cookie. So easy to snack on, and they seem to last forever, there are a ton in each container.Overall I am so surprised and pleased with these cookies. Easier on my mouth, and on my stomach. I'm in love.
