Best in its class -- Expensive but Worth It!
Expensive but worth it. Why? Accurate, easy to use. Big color screen. Allows for multiple users to send data to their individual Withings accounts. Transmits blood pressure/pulse information to my iPhone Withings and Apple Health Apps. This allows for accurate long-term results trends. Also allows me to transmit data to my doctor. We've used many of these devices and all have some shortcomings including hard-to-read screens. This device solves all those issues. We also like the hard case it comes in. Don't even need to remove from case to use. If you can afford it, buy this device. You won't be sorry. Highly recommended.

Good, but like the previous version better.
It's good, easy, accurate. I like the previous version better for no other reason that it's more compact and easier to put on my arm.

Easy smart blood pressure monitor
I was worried about the set up reading other reviews however it was not difficult at all. It’s a smart blood pressure monitor so you just need to know how to download an app on your phone and link it. It’s pretty cool and easy to use. The blood pressure x3 feature is pretty cool so it automatically does a good job.

Good Hardware - poor app/firmware
I really tried to keep this device, but I will wind up returning it. First, let me say that the issues I experienced with this item don’t have anything to do with the hardware (so far as I can tell). The device installed through the app in what seemed a seamless and trouble free way. The device connects both via Bluetooth (or at least it’s supposed to and WiFi). It was when I took my first reading that I noticed an issue with the Bluetooth. My reading did not not show up more or less immediately in the app as one would expect via a Bluetooth connection. The reading did show up several minutes later as one would expect via WiFi. After more than several resets and emails back and forth with Withings support it was clear that they either did not understand my issue or were unable to solve it. They went so far as to tell me that the device was connected via Bluetooth even when I sent a screenshot showing that it was not connected via Bluetooth. They then tried to say that it wouldn’t show up in iOS Bluetooth settings because it connected through the app. I explained to them that while it was certainly paired through the app it would still show up as connected. I was dealing with one person who basically kept having me restate the issue and saying that the issue was being escalated. There is clearly something amiss with either the app software or the firmware. After six or seven emails with no resolution, I have decided to return the item. I also find the app/device interface a little too quirky. For instance (and I inquired about this too), when you use the x3 reading setting (which you must manually set each time), the device scrolls through the average of the three readings and then each individual reading. It does not transmit the average reading to the app (as I believe it should). It sends the last of the three readings. If this is what it is supposed to do, I don’t understand the purpose of the x3 setting. I could just as easily take three readings myself and use the final one. I’ve always heard good things about about Withings, but this device is too expensive, and the software/firmware too buggy to justify keeping the device. Customer Service/Tech Support is abysmal. In all of those email exchanges, I thought that there were miscommunication/misunderstandings so I asked for phone support. They told me that they don’t have phone support. That was it for me

Very reliable readings but frustrating initial setup process
I have a BPM connect, but needed something with more reliability on the measurement. This was a very easy kit to initially unbox and set up for first use including power on, but that is where the good news comes to an end. After four attempts to pair it with my phone and the withings app, updated to the latest version, I had to use my Android tablet with the withings app to be able to set it up. It was so bad that I almost thought I was going to have to return it. After multiple resets I finally switched over to pairing it with the Android tablet and now it appears on the withings app on my phone as well. So far the measurements appear to be very accurate, and it is a painless process. Guests are also able to use the blood pressure cuff and obtain heart rate and blood pressure numbers. A 1X or 3x count measurement can be completed for in the interest of time and speediness or a good average number. The screen is very legible and easy to read. The device is made overseas with license to withings, overall it has a high quality medical device feel, but the price should be $50 to $100 less given the fact that it is made overseas and not in Europe or in the US.

It works well.
I recently needed to keep close track of my BP. This did the trick. Too many features to mention, but it was great to allow me to set it up so my BP could be emailed to my family. Simple operation, and I use it twice a day. would buy again. I have cheaper ones lying around that I never use regularly. This one I use.

Works great. Easy to use and battery life is awesome. I love how the information connect to the phone. Easy to send the info to the doctor.
