Easy to use & accurate, worth the $
I’ve been using this monitor and so far I’m really happy with it. Readings match closely with what I get at my doctor’s office, so I trust the accuracy. The screen is big and easy to read, and it’s very quiet compared to my old cuff. Setup took just a few minutes and then it’s been smooth and reliable. I really like that it syncs to my phone and Apple health automatically. Also I've found that the 3-reading average mode is really useful for more consistent results. For the battery life, so far it's really excellent and the case makes it easy to store or travel with. I'm happy I bought a good quality monitor, it was pricier but for the quality and modern features, I think it’s definitely worth it!

A major upgrade—easy to use and accurate!
I needed a reliable way to monitor my health at home without it feeling like a chore, so I decided to upgrade to the Withings BPM Vision. I've had other Withings BP systems before, and this one is by far the best. If you want one of the most seamless, accurate, and easy-to-read home monitor available, this is a fantastic upgrade. Skip it if you need an ultra-compact device for constant travel. The Good: Better Than Past Iterations: This is a real improvement over older models like the BPM Connect. The new tabletop design with a bright 2.8-inch color screen is vastly superior to having all the heavy electronics awkwardly stuffed into the arm cuff. Easy to Use: It features built-in, on-screen tutorials so you never have to guess if the cuff is placed correctly. It also automatically syncs via Wi-Fi—meaning you don't even need your phone nearby to take a reading. Medical-Grade Accuracy: It takes three consecutive readings and averages them out for high precision. The screen then immediately gives you color-coded feedback (green, yellow, or red) based on official guidelines, eliminating any guesswork. The Not-So-Good: Bulky for Travel: Because of the upgraded screen and the protective case that doubles as a stand, it is significantly larger to pack for trips compared to older, tube-style monitors.

Best in its class -- Expensive but Worth It!
Expensive but worth it. Why? Accurate, easy to use. Big color screen. Allows for multiple users to send data to their individual Withings accounts. Transmits blood pressure/pulse information to my iPhone Withings and Apple Health Apps. This allows for accurate long-term results trends. Also allows me to transmit data to my doctor. We've used many of these devices and all have some shortcomings including hard-to-read screens. This device solves all those issues. We also like the hard case it comes in. Don't even need to remove from case to use. If you can afford it, buy this device. You won't be sorry. Highly recommended.

Good Hardware - poor app/firmware
I really tried to keep this device, but I will wind up returning it. First, let me say that the issues I experienced with this item don’t have anything to do with the hardware (so far as I can tell). The device installed through the app in what seemed a seamless and trouble free way. The device connects both via Bluetooth (or at least it’s supposed to and WiFi). It was when I took my first reading that I noticed an issue with the Bluetooth. My reading did not not show up more or less immediately in the app as one would expect via a Bluetooth connection. The reading did show up several minutes later as one would expect via WiFi. After more than several resets and emails back and forth with Withings support it was clear that they either did not understand my issue or were unable to solve it. They went so far as to tell me that the device was connected via Bluetooth even when I sent a screenshot showing that it was not connected via Bluetooth. They then tried to say that it wouldn’t show up in iOS Bluetooth settings because it connected through the app. I explained to them that while it was certainly paired through the app it would still show up as connected. I was dealing with one person who basically kept having me restate the issue and saying that the issue was being escalated. There is clearly something amiss with either the app software or the firmware. After six or seven emails with no resolution, I have decided to return the item. I also find the app/device interface a little too quirky. For instance (and I inquired about this too), when you use the x3 reading setting (which you must manually set each time), the device scrolls through the average of the three readings and then each individual reading. It does not transmit the average reading to the app (as I believe it should). It sends the last of the three readings. If this is what it is supposed to do, I don’t understand the purpose of the x3 setting. I could just as easily take three readings myself and use the final one. I’ve always heard good things about about Withings, but this device is too expensive, and the software/firmware too buggy to justify keeping the device. Customer Service/Tech Support is abysmal. In all of those email exchanges, I thought that there were miscommunication/misunderstandings so I asked for phone support. They told me that they don’t have phone support. That was it for me

Reliable, user-friendly blood pressure monitor
Super impressed with the BPM Vision - Smart Arm Blood Pressure Monitor. It showed up the day after I ordered it, and I was able to install and start using it almost immediately. The interface is simple, the readings are quick, and the whole experience feels premium. Personally I'm a big fan of the app which also connected to my Apple Health. This allows me to see all my important health details in the Withings app. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and user‑friendly monitor.
