I don’t know about Weather. It makes me sleepy or calmer. I don’t notice any difference. However, I do love the flavor. It’s blueberry with a hint of lemon without too much lemon. It is such a refreshing change from some of the other flavors that so many brands have. It’s my new favorite.

I have been purchasing mio water enhancers for years, and was surprised to find that they started producing a version with sleep-enhancing qualities. They are tasty, easy to use, and have zero sugar. These particular ones are caffeine-free and do not impact your energy level, but I do notice being slightly sleepy after consuming it. It's easy to mix in water seltzer water.

Love the product, but what good is an AUTOSHIP when Amazon is not able to fulfill the autoship.

My favorite mio! Strongest flavor they have and it's just a couple quick squirts in my 40oz Stanley and bottle lasts a good time. My only complaint is all the dyes. Take them out! You don't need them!

Love this flavor of mio. I’ve noticed having less muscle aches since drinking water with this in it. I’m thinking the magnesium has helped with that.
