I'm 34d and needed large...in my opinion this bra runs small and the back strap is small also.

The entire strap is clear. These run very small. My daughter is 11yo. and a little under 5ft. tall. She is about a size 12-14 in children's clothes. She had to get a medium for it to fit her.

Are there removable cups like a sports bra? Trying to make sure the nips don’t show through under stage lighting.

No, it is very very sheer. Much thinner than sports bra. I did not care for the item.
