Can you use the pumps with the glass bottles? If not, what can be used in place?

I wondered the same thing when I first bought both the glass bottle and plastic bottle syrups. I found out each one has its own pump so you can research Monins website for directions on which pump goes with which bottle.

What is the consistency...is it thick or watery thin?

It’s not thick like honey, but not watery either. More a maple syrup consistency. It’s my favorite flavor for coffee!

How does the flavor compare to the monin almond syrup (orgeat)? i’m curious which has stronger almond flavor.

It has an almond and cherry flavor. I thing both are equally dominant.
