Is it normal for all the capsules to be tightly stuck toghether inside the container? I just got mine and it was very difficult to pry them apart

We are very sorry to hear that the softgels have stuck together. This is probably due to having moisture in the bottle. You could take some out of the bottle to create space, then vigorously tap the bottle to loosen the softgels. We'd be happy to replace the bottle.
