Amazing Product!
Loving this !! Following a career change where I wanted to now wear a jewellery watch I sold smart watch and replaced for the AmazFit Helio. I have not been disappointed. This does everything that someone interested in fitness/wellbeing needs. One of the best bits it's the vibrating alarm. Perfect to wake you up gently without loud alarms that startle you! Really reccomend

Do not buy.
Absolutely awful. Step count is disgraceful since it is totally inaccurate. I have written to Amazfit Helio using the up and attached the logs but they have ignored me on both occasions. Steer well clear!

Handy, unobtrusive and provides interesting data
I already own a Fitbit Charge however I was sceptical about the resting heart rate and heart rate variability measurements. I had heard that this device is more accurate measurements so far, my experience has borne this out. I do not believe that step measurements or sleep data are as anything like accurate as the Fitbit though. Otherwise it’s a bit like a Whoop but without the subscription. A batterycharge will easily last five days and it’s very unobtrusive to wear. Well worth getting it health data interests you - and it’s particularly good for resting heart rate and heart rate variability.

Broken. Makes annoying squeaking sound constantly
Making squeaking sound everytime I move my wrist. Unbearably annoying.

This replaces a FitBit. Things I love about this: Battery life is at least 10+ days as promised. It has heart rate broadcasting via bluetooth so I can get onto my bicycle with a head unit, and it's good to go. It will push resting heart rate, sleep, and steps to Intervals dot ICU which is great alternative to the Garmin universe. On the downside, I found it too irritating on my wrist - the circular disc protrudes too much. I don't have faith the hook-and-loop fastener will last too long either, I prefer an elastic style instead. So, I purchased a third party elastic style band and wear it on the upper part of my lower arm. This position may be affecting my sleep tracking as it seems less likely to pick up on times I'm actually awake - sometimes not even catching when I get up at night to use the toilet. Apart from awake time, it generally aligns with the Fitbit sleep tracking.

Simplemente murió. Después de 1 mes dejó de cargar y murió. Busqué a Amazfit México directamente y como la compré en Amazon sencillamente no me ayudaron. Regrese a WHOOP

Amazing! Works without subscription, unlike Whoop. Same or better quality and features than whoop.

Been looking for such a device for a long time. Could never stomach the subscription model - so this is refreshing. After the first few weeks, the Helio appears very accurate, and the data is super insightful. I have already changed some daily habits as a result, and I pay more attention to the bio charge. Nice to see the Polar land a new device also. These devices are only going to get better. Looking forward to the arm band being available in Australia soon.
