Works great no grogginess
Wish it wasn’t 12$ but it works great so I guess you get what you pay for tastes great and puts you out with no groggy feelings in the morning!

love it I keep buying this. It has a grape and lavender taste and smell to it that makes u think that you're eating spray candy. I have to keep this in stock

Sprays are great
Love that you can control the amount you get by counting sprays - this eliminated the problem I used to have with melatonin where it made me feel drugged. 3 sprays works perfectly for me. Also really tasty!

1 spray is enough
I’m a sleep doctor and this is my go to melatonin. Use 1 spray- 0.5 mg- that is physiologic and helps stabilize circadian rhythm or adjust with time changes. 3 mg does not make you sleep better than 0.5 mg, so those other 5 sprays are a waste. The flavor is not as good as it once was, not sure of the exact change. But it’s mild enough, easy to use, and good value when you use 1 spray each night (highly recommend) because it is as effective for sleep as higher doses, does not impact daytime sleepiness, and the bottle will last much longer making it better bang for your buck.

this arrived quickly, and I don't use as many sprays as suggested (I do 4 at night). I have slept great ever since getting this product.

I've tried almost everything. This knocks me out in 10 min. I love this product.

Why change a good thing?
This would have been a five star prior to my last order... Please go back to original lavender flavor. The new flavor has a weird taste - like bad cough syrup. That said, one to two sprays typically gets me super snoozy.
