These pancakes are amazing! The ingredients are pretty clean too. But they taste sweet with no sugar added and the texture is delicious! Best kochi pancakes I’ve had!

PERFECT pancake mix! Great for someone who has gluten problems but LOVES a good pancake! Already recommending to my friends and family. It sweet even without any sugar. Goes well with your favorite syrup or fruit preserve. I like spreading cream cheese and berry jam on it myself. Even made the batter a bit runny for a crepe effect and then wrapped ice cream inside for a refreshing and delicious cold treat. Worth a try.

My family and I have run into a slew of food allergies, some of which we didn't even know we had, like wheat. Pancakes have always been a favorite, so this transition has been difficult. We made these for the first time and they were SO delicious. They turned out soft and fluffy, just like normal pancakes and they have a nice sweetness to them. For me, there wasn't even a need to add syrup or anything. The only downside is that the bag really only provides about 15 pancakes altogether (about 4 inch sized ones). **update being that we really wish we could buy this in bulk because substituting coconut milk and everyone in the family can eat these and enjoys them. Wish we could purchase a huge gallon tub or 10lb bag to the mix.

Easy to make, nice texture.

I have celiacs as well as a list of food intolerances. I had used gf bisquick for pancakes for a number of years, but now there is something in the mix that makes me sick. So, no more bisquick, and no more easy to make pancakes. One of my biggest problems with gluten free products is that many contain brown rice flour which I have never been able to handle, so I have been searching for a gf pancake mix with only white rice flour. By accident, I found this particular brand of Mochi pancake mix and decided to give it a try. Not only was this pancake mix easy on my stomach, but the pancakes are absolutely delicious!! I did find out quickly to keep the heat low to moderate on the griddle as they burn easily, but I am a very happy pancake person again!
