Great little knives for the price and they truly work good. Very very sharp! For the price, I can buy a new set every couple of years, but I really don’t have to. It’s just a well-made useful knife. I use them for everything. That’s why I have so many including cutting a steak. I just throw them in the dishwasher and you can kind of tell when it gets a little dull but it’s still cuts pretty decent.

The Dexter serrated paring knife is a mainstay of my kitchen knife block and one of my favorite cooking tools. I have used the serrated and straight edge versions of the Dexter paring knives, and the serrated S104SC model is not only superior, but surpasses any of the half dozen parers I own, some at six times the price of the three-knife multipack. These knives are designed for food service use, and are as durable and resilient as you would expect for this application. The blade is laser-sharp and stays that way forever it would seem. The plastic handle is basic and non-ergonomic, but it is textured and grippy, feels good in my hand and does not slip when my hands are wet or food-covered. When the knife is no longer sharp, which takes heavy use (the serrated model never really gets dull), you simply throw it away or use it as a utility knife for other household applications (I use new and retired knives in the garden). Best, the price point makes the knife feel like a steal. By all means, purchase one, or three.

My son-in-law gave me a knife like this and I liked it so much I bought three more. I had forgotten what it’s like to have a sharp knife.

Very sharp and durable. May break if you stab them into ice, but this is more user error.

I bought a pack of 3 last year and they are still sharp. Great for anyone with hand problems. Easy to grip and the right size to handle. Not to heavy but heavy enough so they do not slip. I have had 3 surgeries on my hands and they are the best.

Have been using these for years! Best little paring knife ever. First time I saw them was after a fishing trip and the guide was cleaning our fish! There’s are sharp and stay that way. I probably have about 8 of them. They do rust in spots after a couple years because they aren’t stainless steel but I just get new ones! I can’t be without them. One caution: not for kids! These are very sharp!!!!
