What’s the difference between this model and the cjg52?

I spoke to Samsung UK regarding this. They stated the 50 is for UK and the 52 is for the EU market, namely Italy. There is no difference at all between them.

just received my monitor and it does not have the correct connections for a UK plug socket. I have an adapter but with the wrong connection?

Just received my monitor and i'm in the same boat, 2 pin cable with a UK plug adapter that doesn't fit.....How are you allowed to sell an item on Amazon.co.uk which can't be plugged in to the UK electricity supply??
