Core Balance Resistance Bands Set, 5 Fitness Tubes, 4 Handles, 2 Ankle Straps, Door Anchor, Bag

I've used my current set of resistance tubes for several years and they have started to fail hence the purchase of this new set. There are some really poor quality resistance tube sets on the market so I was a little wary ordering these. Only had the new set for a couple of days so too soon to rate them, however, you get a lot for your money (under £9 delivered) and they appear to be very well constructed. The rubber tubes themselves seem of good quality, unlike some rubbish lumpy-feeling tubes i once bought that rotted after a year. Tube lengths are fine for me, though for many of my exercises I fold tubes in half to give a shorter "pull" with double the resistance.One thing to be aware of: Never underestimate the kinetic energy stored in a stretched tube! Whatever exercise you do, ensure you're face is not in the line of fire should a tube snap or a connection fail. And personally, for safety and longevity, I avoid stretching any tube more than about 50%.

Superbly made and presented equipment that does exactly what is promised. I particularly liked the additional pair of handles provided, which enable two set ups to be used without the need to dismantle one set every time a change is required.Good quality equipment as I have come to expect from Core Balance.Although I could not locate any specific training videos for this equipment, I found several appropriate videos on line before realising that the supplied Assembly and Use booklet provides diagrams and written instructions from page 12 onward (after a series of warnings given in various languages.)The product arrived on time and exactly as promised, but as this was only four days ago I cannot comment on product's effectiveness or longevity.

Delivery was abysmal, Evri failed to keep me informed at all. The product seems well worth the money but the delivery lets it down.

Four handles and carabiner clips on each tube make this 200lb set much easier to use and great value compared to others available on Amazon

These seem to be half decent bands, however they aren't as long as my other sets. They are approximately 10 inches shorter which limits the range of motion you can get.

Good quality

First I was sceptical about buying resistance bands off the Internet however,These are great value for money.I opted for the heavier selection.These are great to finish off your workout to get that little extra pump.The bag is a handy little storage component also.I would recommend these to anyone who's starting out or a seasoned pro.
