Im 6'0 250 are all thses shirts loose fit or relax ?

I wear a 5X T-shirt I’m 6ft. 340 the T shirts fit me alittle loose which I like

Do they have deep pockets for a cell phone?

If you have a larger phone such a Galaxy or I Phone Plus, the front pocket is not large enough to hold them comfortably. Smaller phones fit pretty well though.

Are these made with a light weight material?

The material is not what i would consider light weight at all …not heavy weight either, more medium i think, great to work in , very comfortable and the weight is not a factor in the coolness of these well made shirts
